1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on our jewelry within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item for a different piece or size, please adhere to the following guidelines:
• Standard Exchanges: You may exchange your unworn jewelry within the 7-day window. For standard exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us, as well as the shipping cost for the new item.
• Condition of Item: To be eligible for an exchange, the jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Damaged Item Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item because it arrived damaged or defective, Artemis Exports will cover all shipping costs (both for returning the damaged item and shipping the replacement).
2. Return & Refund Policy
Because our pieces are carefully crafted, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.
• Eligibility: You may only return an item for a refund if it is damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or a change of mind.
• Timeframe: You must notify us of the damage and initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of Damage: To process a return for a damaged item, we require clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the defect immediately upon delivery.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
To start an exchange or return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our support team at help@artemisexports.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the name of the item, and whether you are requesting a standard exchange or reporting a damaged item (for return or exchange).
3. Attach Proof: If the item is damaged, please attach clear photos or a video of the defect.
4. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and reply within 48 hours with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.
4. Processing Refunds (For Damaged Items Only)
Once we receive and inspect your returned damaged item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
