Shipping and delivery policy

At Artemis Exports, we are committed to ensuring that your jewelry reaches you safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policies and rates below for both domestic and international orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and carefully packaged before shipment. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before your package is dispatched. Custom or made-to-order pieces  may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We are pleased to offer shipping across India via secure and trusted courier partners.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Orders Under ₹9,999: A flat shipping rate of ₹300 applies.

• Orders ₹9,999 and Above: Enjoy Free Shipping.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

We ship our beautiful and fine jewelry to customers around the globe. Please note that we are unable to ship to countries currently restricted by Indian export regulations or international embargoes.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 12 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Orders Under $250: A flat shipping rate of $30 applies.

• Orders $250 and Above: Enjoy Free Shipping.

4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please read carefully if you are ordering from outside of India. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

• Customer Responsibility: The customer (buyer) is solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, import taxes, and clearing fees.

• No Control Over Charges: Artemis Exports has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

• Clearance Delays: Customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

• If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, shipping costs and any return fees levied by the courier will be deducted from your refund.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

6. Shipping Security

Given the value of our pieces, all packages are securely sealed. We kindly request that you do not accept any package that appears to be tampered with or opened. If you notice any tampering, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
